140 catering violations seized in Hodeidah

HODEIDAH, March 13 (YPA) – The Industry and Trade Office in Hodeidah province during the past two months, seized 140 catering violations in the directorates of the province Center and Bagel.

Deputy director of the Industry and Trade Bureau in the province, Mahmoud Fikry, said that among the violations were 40 violations, not to publicize the price, 32 sales, an increase, three weight loss, 20 sales without bills, 17 refused inspection, and 28 other violations.
Fikry pointed out that 128 sugar bags were seized and destroyed equal to seven tons and 400 kilograms expired after the imposition of legal fines and costs of disposal on the owner, and 240 smuggled gas cylinders were seized in Bajel district and distributed to citizens at the official price.
He stressed that all legal measures have been taken against the perpetrators of these violations by imposing legal fines and taking pledges, or referring to the province Violations Prosecution
