Report: Yemen army wages offensive on Saudi troops over 24 hours

SANAA, April 26 (YPA) – The Yemen army has waged military offensive, including missile, artillery and sniping attacks on Saudi troops’ gatherings and sites, inflicting them heavy losses over the past 24 hour, Ansar Allah Media Center said in a statement obtained by Yemen Press Agency on Thursday.

  • In the border province of Najran:

A missile, Zilzal-2, was fired toward Saudi soldiers and militias’ gatherings in Sudais site.

Artillery shelling targeted gatherings of Saudi-backed militias in Boqea desert in front of Khadhra crossing, causing direct casualties.

  • In Asir border province:

Katyusha rockets were fired toward Alb censorship, causing direct casualties.

  • In Taiz province:

A tank, loaded with militias, was targeted by a guided missile in West coast front.

An armored, loaded with militias, was destroyed by a guided missile in Khaled camp vicinity.

  • In Lahj province:

A commander of UAE-backed security belt forces, Nasir Al-radfani, was killed in Gharib mount of Karsh district.

  • Units of the Yemen Army killed and injured 13 of Saudi-backed militias in sniping operation in several fronts of West Coat, Jawf and Serwah.
