Deadly clashes erupt between Saudi-backed militias in Taiz

TAIZ, April 24 (YPA) – Fierce clashes broke out between Saudi-backed militias loyal to the exiled resigned Riyadh-based president Abdu Rabu Mansour Hadi, and the other group belonging to the leader Abu Alabbas in Taiz province, Yemen Press Agency correspondent said.

According to the correspondent, reports said that Colonel Mansour al-Hassani, head of operations of the 22nd Brigade Mika loyal to Hadi was killed in deadly t clashes that erupted between the militias of what so-called leadership of the axis and the militias Abu Abbas.

The Correspondent Confirmed that al- Hassani was shot and taken to a hospital in the city while his personal bodyguard was killed.

According to a local source, the clashes broke out when soldiers belonging to what – so-called Taiz axis stormed of the building of the security administration and command of brigade headquarter n Taiz in order to expel the militias of Abu Abbas out of the two building.
