Artillery unit pounds Saudi-led mercenaries, destroys military vehicle in Jizan

JIZAN, Aug. 12 (YPA) – The Yemeni army forces on Sunday night shelled gatherings of mercenaries hired by Saudi-led coalition in Jizan province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the official, dozens of mercenaries were killed and wounded in the artillery attack that targeted their gatherings in Al-Sayybah and Al-Amoud locations.

Furthermore, the artillery unit has pounded another gathering of the Saudi-led mercenaries and their military vehicles at the MBC site and eastern Dood Mountain, causing heavy casualties on their ranks.

The army forces also were able to destroy a Saudi military vehicle in artillery attacks, which targeted the mercenaries’ gatherings in front of at Tawal crossing, killing and injuring dozens of them.
