Jawf province security seizes 200 kg of cannabis

JAWF, April 15 (YPA) – Security services in al-Matama district of Jawf province on Monday seized 200 kilograms of cannabis, according to Security Media Center of the Interior Ministry.

The seized cannabis was hidden inside invented fuel tanks on board a mini truck was coming from Marib province and heading to the province of Sanaa, a security official said.

He added that the seizures were held and referred along with the truck’s driver and his companion for the competent authorities to take legal proceedings.
