Sayyed Al-Houthi: “We will monitor implementation of Gaza agreement, confront any revenge attempts against us”

SANAA, Jan. 16 (YPA) – The leader of the Yemeni revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, said on Thursday that the announced agreement regarding the ceasefire in Gaza is an important development.

“Yemen will continue to follow up and monitor the stages of implementing the agreement, and if there is any Israeli retreat or massacres, or siege, we will immediately provide military support to the Palestinian people,” he said in his speech this evening, which addressed the latest developments.

He confirmed that Yemen’s position is directly linked to the position of the Palestinian resistance factions in Gaza.

Sayyed Al-Houthi stated that Yemen’s military operations would persist in support of the Palestinian people if the Israeli enemy continues its genocidal massacres and escalation prior to carrying out the agreement.

He explained that Israel and the United States were forced to reach an agreement in the Gaza Strip after months of crimes and their great failure, as Israel did not achieve its goals of returning its prisoners by force, destroying the resistance, or displacing the population from the Strip.

Regarding the Yemeni front, Sayyed Al-Houthi pointed out that the Yemeni support front was distinguished by its surprise to the world, and Yemen’s position came in an unexpected manner for the American and Israeli parties and for many countries and peoples.

Sayyed Al-Houthi stated that Yemen’s military operations in support of Gaza had reached significant levels, emphasizing that the country exerted its utmost efforts, escalating its actions to reach greater steps.

He disclosed that Yemen conducted 1,255 operations within the Al-Aqsa Flood Battle of Tufan, noting that these operations involved the use of ballistic, cruise, and hypersonic missiles, as well as drones and warships, noting that these operations had a noticeable impact on the Israeli enemy.

On the aggression against Yemen, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi explained that “the American failure to protect Israel and deter Yemen prompted Israel to intervene directly, but it also failed.”

Sayyed Al-Houthi mentioned that “this is just a stage in the conflict with Israel” and that Yemen would prepare for the next rounds to support the Palestinian people more effectively.

He also stressed that “the Yemeni people will confront any attempts at revenge or attempts to divert them from their path of liberation.”
