ADEN, Oct. 24 (YPA) – A group of UAE-backed militias on Monday raided the house of a citizen who was kidnapped in one of the secret prisons in the province of Aden, in southern Yemen.
Human rights activist Anis Al-Shreek reported that the citizen “Maxim Miskin Ahmed Awad” was arrested on May 25 by the supporting militias and detained in the prison of the leader Mohsen Al-Wali in the city of Al-Shaab after a raid on his home.
Al-Shreek confirmed that during the raid, Major Mohsen Al-Wali’s militia burned two cars at the home of Maxim Awad.
He also explained that the supporting militias led by Mohsen Al-Wali rejected three directives from the prosecution demanding the release of the kidnapped Maxim.
The support militias raid the house of Maxim, his brothers and relatives daily, the latest being the raid on his house this afternoon.
