SAADA, March 09 (YPA) – At least a civilian was killed and three others were wounded on Wednesday in Saudi artillery shelling on border areas in Saada province, northern Yemen.
A security source in the province confirmed that a civilian was killed by Saudi artillery bombardment on Al Al-Sheikh area in the border district of Munabeh.
He added that three other civilians, including an African immigrant, were wounded by Saudi army fire in separate areas of the Munabeh and Shed districts.
This comes less than 24 hours after a similar Saudi shelling targeted border residential areas in the Munabeh district, injuring five civilians with varying degrees of injuries.
Since the beginning of March, four civilians have been killed and 29 others wounded due to the Saudi army artillery and rocketry bombardment on Saada areas.
