Al-Ajari comments on UAE official’s visit to Iran

SANAA, Dec. 08 (YPA) – Abdul Malik al-Ajri, a member of the Yemeni National Negotiating Delegation has said  that the Saudi and UAE rapprochement with Iran confirms the falsity of Riyadh and Abu Dhabi’s justifications for waging war on Yemen under the pretext of the Iranian threat.

“After seven years of sabotage in Yemen under the pretext of the Iranian threat, the Hajj season has begun for Iran, and relations may return and it will only cost some finishes to embassies,” al-Ajri said in a tweet , commenting on the visit of UAE national security adviser Tahnon bin Zayed to Iran.

“We are not against regional rapprochement, we encourage it, but the question is what is the position of the mercenaries after they brought  Yemen backward 100 years of destruction while fighting the Iranian bogeyman which is not existing ” he added.
