Sayed Abdulmalik warns aggression forces against escalation in Hodeidah

SANAA, March 25 (YPA) – Leader of the Revolution, Sayed Abdulmalik al-Houthi, on Monday warned the aggression coalition countries against any escalation in the city of Hodeidah, threatening a response in the depth of the aggression countries (Saudi Arabia and the UAE).

“The consequences of that escalation will not only remain in the province of Hodeidah, but will extend to the depth of those countries that supervise, sponsor and carry out this aggression,” said Sayed Abdulmalik in a televised speech on the eve of the fourth anniversary of the US-Saudi aggression on Yemen.

He confirmed that the negotiations on Hodeidah were on a humanitarian not a political basis.

Sayed Abdulmalik pointed out that Sweden agreement was clear and stipulated that the United Nations will have a supervisory role in the port of Hodeidah which is subject to the control of the official authorities in Sanaa.

He stressed that Sweden agreement was not based on the existence of administrative and security role in Hodeidah to a party other than government agencies.

“The enemies seek to make agreements a way to occupy the country, and if they fail to do so they resort to foil the agreement in full,” he said.
