Rocket from Gaza forces Netanyahu to cut his visit to Washington

IsrSANAA, March 25 (YPA) – Prime Minister of Israeli occupation entity Benjamin Netanyahu has said he intended to cut off his visit to the United States due to a rocket that landed near Tel Aviv on Monday morning.

“Security consultations have been completed with both the Chief of General Staff of the Defense Army, the president of Shabak and the head of the National security Authority,” Netanyahu said.

“In the light of the security developments, I decided to cut my visit to the United States,” he stated.

He will meet with US President Donald Trump in the next few hours and immediately after the meeting, he will go to Israel “to manage our operations closely,” he said.

Netanyahu’s remarks came after a rocket hit a house in the “Hasharon” area north of Tel Aviv, which was fired from the Gaza Strip on Monday morning, injuring seven Israelis with various wounds.
