Army launches offensive on coalition’s sites in Nihem district

 SANAA, Jan. 12 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Saturday launched large-scale attacks on sites of militants loyal to Saudi-led coalition in Nihem front of Sanaa province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the official, the battle, which took place in Yam area left dozens of militants dead and wounded.

On Friday, special force units of the army carried out attacks on positions and military gatherings o the militants in al-Majawhah area of the same district, inflicting massive losses on their ranks.
