PLO decides to suspend recognition of Israel

The Palestinian Central Council said it had decided to terminate all commitments and agreements with the regime until Tel Aviv recognizes a Palestinian state within the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem al-Quds as its capital.

The Council also decided to stop all forms of security coordination and economic inextricably, considering that the transitional period, including the Paris agreement, is no longer in place.

It also insisted on upholding the right to resist occupation by all means in accordance with international law.
