Yemeni army launches offensive on coalition’s sites in Taiz

TAIZ, Oct.1 7 (YPA) – The Yemeni army and popular committees on Wednesday carried out a unique military offensive against the positions of Saudi-backed militias in Yemen’s Taiz province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The army forces attacked the militants’ sites at Hifan district, killing and injuring dozens of them, the official added.

Furthermore, the army forces foiled infiltrations attempts towards Tabishia’a area, causing deaths and injuries in the militants’ ranks.
