19 civilians killed, injured in coalition airstrikes over the past 24 hours

SANAA, Feb. 22 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led coalition warplanes carried out 28 air strikes on several Yemeni provinces over the past 24 hours, killing and wounding 19 citizens, while the border areas were hit by Saudi artillery shelling, according to a report combined by Yemen Press Agency on Thursday.

In Saada province, 15 citizens were killed and 3 others injured when Saudi-led coalition air strikes hit a number of cars while they were on the road of al-Safraa district, and another citizen was injured in coalition airstrike targeted nomads in Kutaf district.

Meanwhile, the Saudi fighter jets waged two air raids on al-Buqa and another one on Saada city.

In Sanaa province, the coalition warplanes conducted an air raid on Sawad camp in Sanhan district.

In Dhamar central province, the Saudi-led fight jets launched 13 air strikes on Qa’a Hakl in of Doran Anis district.
