Israeli occupation forces carry out new attacks in southern Lebanon

BEURIT, Sept. 26 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces renewed their attacks on several towns and areas in southern Lebanon on Saturday, carrying out explosions, airstrikes, and artillery shelling.

According to Lebanon’s National News Agency, Israeli forces carried out a massive explosion in the town of Tiri, in the Bint Jbeil district, while the town of Shaqra came under Israeli artillery fire.

In the Iqlim al-Tuffah highlands, northeast of Nabatieh, Israeli warplanes carried out a series of airstrikes on Jabal al-Rafi’ in the southern highlands.

In Deir Mimas, in the Marjayoun district of southeastern Lebanon, bombarded Haddatha with artillery shells, carry out new bombing in the towns of Mais Al-Jabal, Al-Mansouri and Majdal Zoun, South Lebanon.

The occupation forces also advanced toward the outskirts of Deir Mimas and prevented farmers from accessing olive groves there.
