Iran warns ground war to bring heavy costs, irreparable losses to adversaries

TEHRAN, March 26 (YPA) – Brigadier General Ali Jahanshahi, commander of the Iranian Army’s Ground Forces, stressed that any ground conflict would be the most dangerous and costly option for Iran’s adversaries.

Speaking during a border inspection tour on Thursday, Jahanshahi said, according to Iran’s Mehr news agency, that the country’s armed forces remain fully prepared, ensuring that all Iranian territory is protected. He noted that troops are maintaining a high level of alert across all border areas.

He added that Iranian forces are closely monitoring potential threats and are ready for any scenario at any time, warning that a ground war would expose the enemy to severe and irreversible losses.
