Unknown people kidnap dozens of men, women in Saudi Arabia

SANAA, Aug. 4 (YPA) – A group of unidentified people kidnapped dozens of men and women and took them to a position in Wadi al-Dawasir province, south of Riyadh, Saudi media reported on Friday.

The Saudi electronic newspaper”  Sabq ” distributed pictures showing a large group of men and women are being held in a large square of a house.

According to the newspaper, the police had reached the place where the abductees were held, and freed at least 144 people, including 22 women.

“The detainees are of different nationalities,” Sabq said, adding that the perpetrators are chased and arrested them.

“These unknown people will be referred to the specialized agencies to complete the law procedures, the newspaper said.
