About 25 Palestinians arrested in West Bank

ALQUDS, Oct. 09 (YPA) – About 25 Palestinians, including a child and a woman, were arrested on Wednesday by the Israeli occupation force in the occupied West Bank.

The arrests were distributed across the provinces of Hebron, Qalqilya, Jenin, Ramallah, Nablus, Tulkarm, Tubas, and Bethlehem, the Commission of Prisoners’ Affairs and the Prisoners’ Club said in a joint statement reported by the Palestinian News and Information Agency (WAFA).

The statement explained that “the arrest campaign was accompanied by widespread abuse, severe beatings, and threats against the detainees and their families, in addition to acts of vandalism and destruction in citizens’ homes.”

It indicated that “the occupation forces have arrested more than 11,200 citizens from the West Bank, including accupeied city of al-Quds, since the genocidal war that the occupation forces’ committing against citizens.”
