Iraq’s Hezbollah: Any attack on Yemen “there will be responses from Islamic resistance in Iraq

BAGHDAD, Jan. 09 (YPA) – The military spokesman for the Iraqi Hezbollah Brigades, Sayyed Jaafar Al-Husseini, stressed that for any attack on Yemen, “there will be responses from the Islamic resistance in Iraq.”

Al-Husseini said in an exclusive interview with Al-Mayadeen TV on Tuesday: “The United States will see days that it may not forget throughout history, and there will be nightmares that will haunt it throughout eternity.”

He touched on the possibility of war breaking out between Hezbollah in Lebanon and the Zionist enemy. “The Iraqi resistance will be present in the Lebanese field, shoulder to shoulder with the Lebanese people, until the last breath, and we will not allow the United States and Israel to touch the Axis countries or the Islamic countries,” Al-Husseini said.

The Iraqi Hezbollah spokesman explained that communication with the Palestinian resistance after the “Al-Aqsa Flood” deepened and became direct, daily, and more coherent at the political, military, and popular levels, warning against any attack that affects any country or party in the axis of resistance.

Regarding the potential of the Iraqi resistance, Al-Husseini said: “It has become more abundant and numerous in a way that the enemy cannot imagine, and only the Americans may know about it, given that they have experienced it in some areas and battles.”

He stated that the Iraqi resistance used these developed capabilities during its operations against American and Zionist sites in response to the aggression against the Gaza Strip.

Al-Husseini pointed out that the Iraqi resistance struck American bases, including Ain al-Assad, with short-range ballistic missiles for the first time and also used long-range missiles such as the advanced cruise missiles to target a vital target in Haifa.

He affirmed that these operations are escalating and that the Islamic resistance in Iraq is continuing to expand the geography and type of these goals, as long as the Zionist enemy continues its aggression against Gaza.

Al-Husseini added: “The battle is open, with great possibilities, and all American and Zionist targets, even those in West Asia and the Gulf, are the target of the Islamic resistance in Iraq.”

He explained that there is support for the enemy entity from the Gulf countries, specifically the UAE, which is playing a malicious role at this stage by opening the land bridge to “Israel.”

On the American threats to respond and external and internal pressures to stop operations, Al-Husseini stressed that “the resistance does not pay attention to them.”

The spokesman for the Iraqi Hezbollah Brigades said: “After the Al-Aqsa flood, the Zionist-American enemy no longer can single out any state, entity, faction, or group,” confirming that the axis of resistance has become very cohesive.
