Militants surround Al-Huraizi leader house in Mahra

MAHRA, July. 31 (YPA) – Tribal gunmen surrounded on Sunday the house of the head of the anti-foreign occupation sit-in in Mahra province, Sheikh Ali Salem Al-Huraizi.

Tribal sources in the province said a number of tribesmen formed an impenetrable fence in the vicinity of Al-Huraizi leader’s house in Maheif area.

The sources indicated that Mahra tribes demanded the US and British forces to leave Al-Ghaydah Civil Airport, which has been converted into a military base since 2018.

On Saturday, Sheikh Al-Huraizi called on the tribes of the province to prepare for the next stage, stressing that the departure of the occupier has become an imperative for Mahra.

Last week, Al-Huraizi’s house was stormed by Saudi-led coalition military vehicles, in the direct presence of American and British officers.
