Redeployment Team in Hodeida condemns UN silence over coalition crimes

HODEIDA, July. 24 (YPA) – A source in the National Team of the Redeployment Committee in Hodeida condemned on Sunday the silence made by the UN and its mission towards the daily target of civilians by Saudi-led coalition militants in the province.

The source held the coalition forces responsible for disclaimer about the terms of the UN armistice and their obligations in the Sweden agreement.

Last Thursday, the coalition gunmen targeted a citizen’s car with a guided missile in the village of Al Murir in Jabal Ras area, south of the province, killing four civilians, in clear violation of the UN humanitarian and military truce.

The ceasefire agreement was agreed in Stockholm, and went into force on 13 December 2018.
