SANAA, Jul. 19 (YPA) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hisham Sharaf, on Tuesday sent a cable of congratulations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Colombia, Marta Lucía Ramírez.

In the cable, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to Ramirez on the occasion of her country’s National Day.
