About 6311 violation of UN truce recorded in several provinces

SANAA, June.06 (YPA) – About 6311 violation of the UN humanitarian and military truce have been committed by the Saudi-led coalition forces for the past 24 hours.

A military source in Sanaa confirmed that the coalition carried out 55 breaches by flying armed reconnaissance and spy aircrafts over the airspace of the provinces of Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Jawf, Saada, Dhalea, Bayda, and the border fronts.

The source said that the coalition forces created several combat fortifications around the city of Marib, while 90 breaches, which were monitored, by intensive firing on the homes of citizens and the sites of the army and the popular committees in Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Saada, Dhalea, Bayda and the border fronts.

Meanwhile, 17 breaches were recorded by artillery bombardment of the coalition forces, targeting the Sanaa forces’ sites in the eastern Balaqal-Sharqi area of Marib, and the areas of Hiran, Bani Hassan and Haradh of Hajjah, in addition to targeting the others sites in Al-Mutan, Al Hamaki, Al-Dahrah, and Jadob Al-Shabaka of Saada.

The source added that the coalition forces also targeted several Sanaa forces’ sites with artillery in Al-Batool, Al-Azhor, Jabal Al-Amoud and Wadi Jarah in Jizan, and Jabal Al-Omda and Shabakah in Najran province.

During the past two months, the coalition forces committed 6,322 violations of the UN armistice.
