119 violations of UN-declared truce recorded in Yemen

SANAA, May 26 (YPA) – The US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition forces and their mercenaries have committed 119 violations of the humanitarian and military truce, the official Yemeni news agency Saba reported on Thursday, citing a military source.

The source declared that the violations included five raids of reconnaissance planes hit Al-Barh districtand Al-Qasr round of Taiz province and Murais district of Dhalea province.

According to the military source, the breaches included flying of Apache aircrafts over Al-Sauh and Al-Faraa areas of beyond border fronts and 47 armed reconnaissance aircrafts flew over Marib, Taiz Jawf, Hajjah, Saada, Bayda Dhalea and border fronts.

The source affirmed that new combat fortifications were created around Marib city, in Hairan, Al-Taina areas of Hajjah, Tabat Kadhim, Al-Malaheedh areas of Saada, Wadi Jara and Azran area of Jizan region.

The source pointed out that 14 violations by an artillery and missile bombing targeted the army’s sites in Al-Tina area of Hajjah.

The coalition’s mercenaries bombarded the army’s sites in Al-Rawdha area of Marib, Bab Ghalq of Dhalea, Al-Mazraq area of Hajjah and Wadi Jara of Jizan region.

He also said that artillery shelling hit the army’s sites in Al-Musainaah and Al-Mirbash areas of Razih district, Al-Shabka area of Al-Madafin and Kabal Kadhim in Al-Malaheedh area of Saada.

In addition, the source declared that 46 breaches were recorded, with heavy shooting at citizens’ homes and sites of the army and popular committees in Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Saada, Dhalea and border fronts.
