Iranian Foreign Ministry: Nuclear deal at hand if US makes its mind

TEHRAN, March 01 (YPA) – Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh has on Tuesday commented on the nuclear talks, saying, that “a deal is at hand, if WH makes its mind.”

Iran is willing, but will not wait forever, said Khatibzadeh in on his Twitter account.  .

Iran said Monday that efforts to revive the 2015 nuclear deal could succeed if the United States takes a political decision to meet Tehran’s demands, as negotiations enter months ago in what an Iranian diplomat described as a critical phase.

The stakes are high because the failure of the 10-month-old talks would carry the risk of a new war in the region and additional tough sanctions against Iran by the West.
