SANAA, Feb. 21 (YPA) – Dozens of destroyed military vehicles and corpses scattered in the reefs and mountains, the strategic city of Haradh of Hajjah province, north of Yemen, looked like, after the Saudi-led coalition announced an operation called “Happy Freedom of Yemen.”
The coalition’s defeat came after the Saudi-exiled Hadi government’s Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism, Muammar Al-Eryani, pushed a visit to Haradh to raise the coalition’s fighters.

In an integrated crematorium targeted for the forces of Saudi Arabia and the UAE and their tools, and their bodies were scattered, Haradh refused to devour their number and equipment, to reveal on Sunday to the Yemeni people the scenes of the military media showing the size of the heavy losses suffered by the coalition brigades, and dozens of corpses of the coalition dead appeared lying throughout Battle line.

Yemeni army (Sanaa forces) indicated that more than 580 recruits in the ranks of the coalition forces were killed and wounded, including over 200 dead and wounded from the Saudi and Sudanese forces, in addition to other soldiers were released in the hands of the Sanaa forces, as well as a mass groups escaped with their military vehicles and more than 40 military vehicle and armored vehicle were destroyed and the of a Chinese-made CH4 spy plane was downed during the operation.

The coalition recruits were not the only ones who were killed in the Haradh city. The commander of the so-called Fifth Military District, Major General Yahya Salah, does not know his fate so far, sources said he was killed in this battle, as the Sanaa forces showed his military card with his burned military car, but sources of the coalition reported that the commander was wounded in the battle, while other sources also reported that the Saudi forces arrested the commander Yahya Salah, to probe into the coalition’s defeat in the battle of Haradh.

Observers pointed out that the success of the Sanaa forces in suppressing the coalition forces in Haradh shortly, despite the air and missile support of the coalition warplanes, is a major military development by Sanaa forces and a severe and painful blow to the coalition, adding to the record of defeats that the coalition has suffered on various fighting fronts about seven years ago.

They emphasized that the media aura that the coalition mobilized in the battle of Haradh under the name of Operation “Freedom of Happy Yemen”, and commissioned Muammar al-Aryani to raise his forces’ morale, was very similar to the “Thunderbolt Star” operation in Bayda, which al-Aryani himself announced in July of the year 2021, which was quickly extinguished it.

These cartoon operations, which the military observers see as blackmail projects for the countries of the coalition, carried out by the Saudi-backed Islah party militants, to gain money and weapons, and to defeat quickly, despite the passage of seven years of war. The strange thing is that the leaders of the coalition did not cry after they fell into the Brotherhood’s trap and the Yemeni army’s Holocaust, and perhaps the Holocaust instigated the most severe and painful of the coalition.
