Events to commemorate annual anniversary of the martyr launched

SANAA, Nov. 28 (YPA) – The Martyrs Foundation and the Ministry of Information on Sunday launched events to commemorate annual anniversary of the martyr  (1443) with the participation of various media.

At the inauguration, Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, a member of the Supreme Political Council stressed the importance of the role of society in commemorating this anniversary by introducing the greatness and sacrifice of  the martyrs, and taking care of  their families.

He said: “Every martyr had an inspiring story for generations, and it was an integrated school of giving, sacrifice, values, morals and principles, for which he believed and sacrificed himself.”

Mohammed al-Houthi called on journalists, writers and activists to contribute to highlighting the sacrifices of martyrs by adopting their stories, highlighting the biography of each martyr, enriching society with their heroic struggles.
