Syrian young man killed in landmine explosion left behind by terrorists

DAMASCUS, Sept. 13 (YPA) – A young man was martyred in blast of a landmine left behind by Daesh terrorist organization in al-Saboura town, Salamiyah area, Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported , citing a police source.

According to the source, an explosion of a landmine, left behind by Daesh terrorist organization in agricultural lands affiliated to al-Saboura town in Salamiyah eastern countryside, claimed the life of a 17-year old man.

Takfiri groups planted mines and improvised explosive devices (IEDs) between homes, roads and agricultural land before they were displaced from those areas with the aim of causing as much damage as possible to civilians who had returned to their liberated areas.
