Over 11,000 liters of smuggled oil derivatives seized in Ibb

IBB, Aug. 21 (YPA) – The Anti-Smuggling Unit of the Police Forces Branch in Ibb province seized 11,260 liters of smuggled benzene during the period from 16 -18 August, 2021.

According to statistics issued by the anti-smuggling unit in the province, 103,000 riyals of illegal currency printed by Saudi-led coalition to harm the national economy were seized during the same period.

The unit added that also 123 cartons and 300 bags of smuggled agricultural pesticides, 20 pieces of smuggled agricultural fertilizers, 32 cartons and 26 packets of smuggled medicines, and 126 cartons of smuggled motorcycle spare parts were seized.
