Police arrest 91 coalition members in July

SANAA, Aug. 08 (YPA) – About 91 members recruited with the Saudi-led coalition have been arrested by the Yemeni police over 4 week of last July, according to statistics issued by the Ministry of Interior.

The statistic stated that the police managed to investigate 1,107 cases, 135 cases of attempted murder and various crimes, including 995 criminal offenses, during the same period.

In theft crimes, 99 different theft crimes were seized, and the 132 suspects were arrested in various provinces.

In the field of drug control, the Ministry of Interior seized 444 kilograms of narcotic hashish, and since which arrested 46 people accused of smuggling and promoting drugs, 39 of whom were Ethiopians.

According to the statistic, all accused of committing the above-mentioned crimes were referred to a security custody to complete legal investigations.
