STC militias kidnap 4 activists, pursue others in Lahj

LAHJ, Jul. 07 (YPA) – The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) militia kidnapped on Wednesday four local activists in Radfan district of Lahj province, southern Yemen.

Media sources said that members of the STC militia led by Mukhtar Al-Noubi, kidnapped four human rights defenders and media activists opposing the STC, and pursued others, including the activist Fahmy Dahman.

The sources pointed out that among the kidnapped was the media activist Raed Al-Ghazali, who was previously abducted last April.
