Gold prices witness relative stability in Yemeni markets

SANAA, May 29 (YPA) – The prices of buying and selling gold on Saturday witnessed relative stability after rising during the past days in the Yemeni goldsmithing markets.

The last update of prices in the goldsmith shops in the capital Sanaa, according to the “Yemen Economist” website, is as to follow: –

– Price of one gram of Gold 24 karat: Purchase = 36,000 Yemeni Riyal (YER), Selling = 38,000 YER

– Price of one gram of Gold 21 karat: Purchase = 32,600 YER, Sale = 34,600 YER.

– Price of one Gold Pound: Purchase = 254,000 YER, Sale = 258,000 YER.
