Israeli occupation kills Lebanese citizen on Lebanese-Palestinian border

SANAA, May 15 (YPA) – Lebanese media reported that Israeli forces have killed a Lebanese young man on the borders with occupied Palestine on Friday.

According to the Lebanese media,  the young man has been identified as Muhammad Qasem Tahhan, hailing from the village of Adlon in Sidon. He was shot dead after taking part in a protest on the borders with occupied Palestine, in solidarity with Jerusalem and Gaza.

Lebanese protesters crossed the borders on Friday before Israeli soldiers opened fire at them.

Israeli media had reported that the Zionist army ordered settlers near the borders with Lebanon to stay home.

Thousands of protesters have been protesting at the borders between the Zionist entity and both Lebanon and Jordan.
