Floods sweep away coalition’s tank with its crew in Abyan

ABYAN, May 04 (YPA) – Floods as a result of the heavy rainfall swept away a tank belonging to the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) militia, with its crew, in Abyan province, south of Yemen.

According to sources, the torrential rains washed away the tank belonging to the so-called “Fifth Brigade”, which was under Belhamar Bridge near the city of Zinjibar.

The heavy rains caused heavy damage to dozens of citizens’ homes in the areas of Ahwar and Zinjibar, as a result of the high water level in Hanad area, which caused heavy damage to roads and agricultural lands.
