Sayyed Abdulmalik Al-Houthi confirms proceeding with liberation of Marib

SANAA, March 10 (YPA) – Leader of the Yemeni Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, on Wednesday said that “the fronts in which the army is fighting with the support of the people come within the framework of confronting the aggression, including Marib front.”

In the speech he delivered today on the occasion of the anniversary of the martyrdom of Sayyed Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi, Sayyed Abdulmalik indicated that the Marib front has been flaming since the beginning of the war and has not stopped by any truce.

Sayyed Abdulmalik said that the enemy launched military operations from Marib towards the provinces of Sanaa, Bayda, and Jawf, and it is their main military front.

He emphasized that the field victories achieved in Marib were what bothered the Americans and pushed them to express their concern and demand an end to the advance.

“When we achieve field victories, the Americans express their concern and demand a halt to the progress, and the UN envoy expresses his concern and he is concerned only in such cases,” Sayyed Abdulmalik said.

Regarding the displaced, Sayyed Abdulmalik said that “the presence of millions of displaced people in Marib is a big lie, and there are several displaced camps that we care about and are not in the context of targeting.”

The fighters’ camps are not camps for the displaced, and the problem of Marib is like the rest of the fronts that the Saudi-led coalition has opened and moved with its forces, mercenaries, and takfiri groups therein, he added.
