ADEN, Dec. 29 (YPA) – The UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC)’s Militia stormed a home of one of Saudi-led coalition’s wounded in Yemen’s southern port city of Aden, local sources said.
According to the local sources, elements of the so-called “security belt forces”, kidnapped Abdul Karim Nasr, after breaking into his house in Attawahi district and taking him to an unknown destination.
The sources said that Nasr’s abduction came against the backdrop of armed clashes that broke out between the STC’s militia factions led by Ammar al-Muhadhar, another follows commander Shalal, near the headquarters of “STC”, pointing out that the clashes left one dead and three wounded.
The city of Aden has been experiencing widespread insecurity, assassinations and ongoing violations against citizens.
