First Gulf capital witnesses demonstrations against normalization

MANAMA, Sep. 18 (YPA) – Dozens of citizens organized on Friday an angry protest in Bahrain’s capital, Manama, against their country’s declaration of official relations with the Zionist entity.

The angry protesters, who called their demonstration “Friday of Quds’ Rage ”, took to the streets after performing Friday prayers in a number of areas, amid a heavy deployment of security and military forces.

Pictures and videos shared by activists on social media platforms showed dozens of people demonstrating in Abu Saiba village, near the capital, Manama.

The participants in the demonstration carried Palestinian and Bahraini flags, chanting slogans against normalization, which they consider a betrayal of Palestine.
