Yemen’s army reveals new ballistic missile system to deter coalition

SANAA, July 13 (YPA) – The Yemeni Armed Forces revealed on Monday a new ballistic missile system entered the battle line for deterring the Saudi-led aggression coalition forces, Yemen ‘s army spokesman said in a statement.

The spokesman Yahya Sarie said that a number of the ballistic missiles and drones targeted military facilities and aircraft hangars, military bases, pilots’ residence and Patriot systems in Khamis Mushayt, and other military targets at airports of Asir, Jizan and Najran provinces, in addition to the oil facility in Jizan Industrial City.

Sarie affirmed that the Yemeni armed forces have used new high-precision ballistic missiles, which have not been announced yet, in the recent offensive operations on the vital and military targets in the Saudi depth.

The spokesman indicated to that that missile forces also targeted a great meeting of Saudi military leaders and their mercenaries, traitors inside the Tadawain camp in Marib province, killing and wounding of dozens.

Sarie added the air attacks on the Saudi depth came in retaliatory response to the war crimes and violations committed by the aggression coalition against the Yemeni people.
He confirmed that the armed forces would continue in the legitimate defense of the Yemeni people until achieving freedom and independence.

“The Yemeni army forces will not hesitate to carry out more painful strikes during the coming period until stopping the aggression and lifting the siege on Yemen,” the spokesman added.
