STC detains 6 tankers of Islah party carrying diesel in Hadramout

HADRAMOUT, June 2 (YPA) – The southern transitional council (STC)’s militias detained on Tuesday six tankers carrying more than 300,000 liters of diesel belonging to Islah party’s militiamen in Hadramout province, sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources declared that southern transitional militias prevented the passage of six tankers carrying 80,000 tons of diesel for electricity of Shabwa province.

Meanwhile, Islah militants sent four tankers of diesel for their camps in Shaqra city of Abyan province.

On Monday, the southern militias released five tankers of diesel.
