Yemeni army attacks Saudi-backed militias in west coast fronts

TAIZ, May 5 (YPA) – The Yemeni army on Friday waged a military offensive on the positions of Saudi-backed militias in Taiz province, a military official told Yemen Press Agency.

The official confirmed that dozens of militias were killed and others injured in the military operation targeted their sites on the western cost fronts.

Two military vehicles were destroyed killing all its crew members, the official added.

The army also destroyed a military bulldozer by a guided missile in north-east of Khaled camp in Moaza’a district.

The Yemeni army stepped up its military offensive against Saudi-led coalition forces and their militias in a response to war crimes and massacres committed against the Yemeni citizens.
