Officials flee to Aden, carrying corruption documents against Hadi

SANAA, Jan. 24 (YPA) – Head of the Central Organization for Auditing and Accountability (COCA) along with his deputy have fled Sanaa to Aden, carrying with them thousands of corruption documents that convict ex-president Saleh and Hadi, COCA’s officials told Yemen Press Agency.

SANAA, Jan. 24 (YPA) – Head of the Central Organization for Auditing and Accountability (COCA) along with his deputy have fled Sanaa to Aden, carrying with them thousands of corruption documents that convict ex-president Saleh and Hadi, COCA’s officials told Yemen Press Agency.

 

 

The head of COCA, Abu Bakr al-Saqqaf and his deputy Fahmi Mansour Farea, smuggled more than 10,000 reports of the COCA since 1990, mostly related to corruption issues.

 

 

Pro-coalition media reported that the two officials were widely welcomed by the local authorities loyal to Hadi and Saudi-led coalition.
