Report :65 Saudi soldiers, officers killed in border battle fronts

SANAA, May 1 (YPA) – Saudi media admitted that 65 of its soldiers and officers were killed on Tuesday in clashes with the Yemeni army in border battle fronts over the last month of April, an official told Yemen Press Agency.

The army killed the soldiers into military sites in Saudi south.

The Saudi-led coalition has intervened in Yemeni affairs and waged a military action against the Yemenis and army in flagrant violation of the Yemenis sovereignty and the international law.

The four-year-old coalition war on Yemen has killed over 10,000 Yemenis, mostly women and children, displaced more than 3 million, according to the United Nations.

On Monday, the air defenses of the army shot down the spy plane of coalition  in Baqim district of Saada province.

In border province of Najran , the missile units of the army fired at gatherings of Saudi soldiers and their militias in sites of al-Kadra crossing point and Nahuqa.

In also Najran, the army destroyed a Saudi military vehicle and Bulldozer, killing their crew members in al-Sudis site.

In Jizan province, dozens of Saudi soldiers and their militias were killed, others injured and three military vehicles were destroyed when the army foiled Saudi attack in al-Dud mountain.

In Asir province, the army fired rockets and an artillery towards Saudi military sites of al-Sawd, al-Jamarak  and Alib crossing point, the official added.
