Industry Ministry to launch electronic application to receive complaints about violations

SANAA, Dec. 13 (YPA) – Ministry of Industry and Trade in Sanaa is preparing in to launch the coming days an electronic application on Google Play for receiving citizens ’complaints, Director of Operations at the Ministry Nageeb al-Athri said on Friday.

“The application will allow the user to report any commercial violations and determine their type with the ability to attach an electronic picture of the violation, specify the address, and view the reports and their cases,” al-Athri explained.

He pointed out that the arrangements and technical experiences for this application are being completed by the information systems and operations departments.
