Transport Ministry condemns targeting bus for passengers in Hadhramaut

SANAA, Sept. 20 (YPA) – The Ministry of Transportation in the national Salvation Government condemned incident of targeting a mass transit bus in Hadhramaut province, in which five people killed and the 20 others wounded.

The Ministry in a statement considered the incident as a deliberate crime by the Saudi-led Coalition to kill innocent Yemenis.

” An explosive device planted on the road linking Al-Abra and Al-Wadiah exploded and targeted as a mass transport bus belonging to Al-Buraq, carrying 35 passengers from Hodeida province, while it was passing home, the statement said.

The statement noted that the road linking the crossing between the al- Abr crossing and the al- Wadiah is risky and where travelers are subject to various violations.

It called on the United Nations to conduct an urgent investigation into the incident, to uncover the circumstances and hold the perpetrators accountable.
