Dozens of Southern mercenaries fighting on border front killed by Saudi attack

JIZAN, Sept. 16 (YPA) – Military sources have reported that a number of Saudi-led mercenaries belonging to the southern provinces, including prominent leaders, were killed by treacherous Saudi fire in the Front of Jizan.

According to the sources, the intelligence officer of the so-called ” Yemen Falcons Brigade ” Colonel Fouad al-Sabry, from Yafa’a district, was killed along with a number of the brigade forces by a Saudi military attack from behind during their attack on the Yemeni army forces of the Salvation Government in Sana’a in the Dayer sector in the front of Jizan

They said Saudi forces did not explain why the brigade’s mercenaries were targeted and bombed, despite three days of demands to reveal the causes of the bombing, which left dozens of people from southern provinces killed.

The rest mercenaries of the brigade on Sunday carried out a full-scale strike demanding their return to the southern provinces, but Saudi forces have refused to do so and are still holding them until now.

On the other hand, the sources confirmed that the coalition air force launched air strikes targeting a battalion of special forces led by southern Colonel Adel Ali bin Ali Hadi al-Musabi, leaving 6 from Bayhan Shabwah’s sons, and four others from Dhalea province dead and eight wounded.

The sources pointed out that Saleh Hussein al-Raqabi, Hussein Ahmed al-Mansouri, Mohammed Snaid are among the dead, and a number of others their names were not mentioned.
