Hadi is to appoint Ammar al-Jaefi, who is currently commander of so-called the 203rd Brigade loyal to the coalition, instead of Jobran, who is unable to perform his duties due to suffering from a stroke, the source said.
The source pointed out that the Saudi-led coalition leadership is skeptical about the allegiance of the 203rd Brigade’s general staff, Brigadier General Saleh al-Ameri.
