Mothers demand Hadi’s gov’t to reveal fate of detainees in Aden prisons

ADEN, March 20 (YPA) – Mothers of detainees and those forcibly hidden in prisons of the UAE occupation in Aden city, southern Yemen, on Wednesday staged a protest in front of house of Ahmed al-Maiseri, interior minister in the exiled Hadi’s government.

The protesters raised banners and pictures of their relatives whom have been hidden and detained in the UAE-run secret prisons for several years, demanding the disclosure of their fate and the release of the detainees.

During the past year, mothers and relatives of the forcibly-disappeared persons and detainees carried out many vigils in front of al-Maiseri’s home and near a camp of Saudi-led coalition without any response to their demands.
