Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi meets UN envoy: Ansaruallah Spokesman

SANAA, Feb. 17 (YPA) – Spokesman of Ansaruallah Mohammed Abdulsalam on Sunday said the Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi met with the UN Special Envoy to Yemen Martin Griffiths and discussed with him the implementation of Sweden agreement.

In the meeting, Sayyed al-Houthi confirmed the anti-aggression forces’ keenness on bringing peace and the implementation of Sweden agreement.

Sayyed al-Houthi criticized the other party’s continued rejection of Sweden agreement and their intransigence towards the plan provided by head of the Coordination and Redeployment Committee.

He indicated that the other party representatives (Saudi-backed government delegation) were not serious about peace, and what proved that their lack of readiness to progress in the prisoners file.

According to the spokesman, Sayyed al-Houthi told Griffiths that the other party had hindered Sweden understandings on the rest of issues, including the rapid economic treatment, reopening of Sanaa International Airport, and the truce in Taiz province.
