Saudi-led coalition commits 184 violations in Hodeidah cease-fire: Army Spokesman

SANAA, Jan. 27 (YPA) – The Saudi-led coalition and its militias have committed 184 violations of UN-brokered cease-fire in Hodeidah over the past 48 hours, Yemen’s army spokesman Yahya Sarie said in a statement on Sunday.

“The violations included artillery and missile attacks that targeted houses and farms of the citizens in several districts and Hodeidah city,” Sarie said.

The spokesman said the coalition’s ongoing violations would obligate the head of the UN team to hold the coalition and its militias the full responsibility on a failure of the cease-fire in Hodeidah.

The UN-brokered truce went into force on Dec. 18.
